Warranty/ Returns Information:
If items were shipped in error or damaged in transit, Circuit Werks will pay for all return charges, and waive any restocking fees. However, if Circuit Werks shipped your order per your specifications but you would still like to return items, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply to cover the cost of shipping to you and handling. No refunds will be made until returns pass our inspection. If the Circuit Werks system has been purchased through a dealer, please contact that dealer for their returns policy. If there are any problems during installation please contact Circuit Werks immediately. No modifications should be done without consulting a CW representative first. Any unauthorized modifications will void the warranty. Please email us CircuitWerks@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unopened and in box (See Terms above). For more information on our limited warranty please email or call 972-992-0777 Ext #2.
Since sound is subjective, we do not warranty for sound. Please do not return your Circuit Werks product if you do not like the sound level. There are several ways to adjust the sound level. Please call or email us for more information if needed.
Order Cancellations:
If your order has been shipped, we can not cancel your order. Please look at the Return Policy above. If you need to cancel a transaction, please contact us directly via phone or email within an hour or less of your order placement. Some cancellation will be charge convenient fee of 5% before we ship your order out, as credit card company's and PayPal would not refund us the fees. We always ship your orders out first and then we reply to our automated website purchases later towards the end of the day. Some items are automatically forwarded to our suppliers therefore those orders wouldn't be able to be canceled. Sorry for the inconvenience, therefore we would suggest you to check before you make the purchase.
Products Displayed Online:
We only use actual product photos within our website and other online sales platforms! What you see is exactly what you'll be receiving! No generic images what so ever!
Emissions:
Federal and several state and provincial laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part that affects emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways. Circuit Werks assumes no liability for any violations arising out of any federal, state or provincial emissions or safety requirements on motor vehicles arising out of the customer’s modifications and/or use of Circuit Werks products. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if their modified vehicle complies with applicable laws.
This limited warranty is the only express warranty applicable to Circuit Werks products. Other rights may arise or vary from state to state in the United States. Circuit Werks is not responsible for any time for which you may lose the use of your vehicle, any inconvenience you might be caused, the loss of your transportation or any part thereof, or any other incidental or consequential damages you may have.
California Residents:
Certain California Vehicle Code sections prohibit any add-on or modified aftermarket part for on- or off road highway vehicles that modifies a California vehicles emission control system unless it is exempted by CARB. You will be liable if you install our CW products in the state of California.
